What remains here are the
disseminating papers we tracked by 2000. For most recent researches on the RT in
particular, and pragmatics research in general in China, please refer to, among
other things, an anthology of Chinese pragmatic studies was edited by Shu, D. F.
(Shanghai Foreign Language Education Press, 2003), and a collections of papers
on the Relevance Theory were edited by He, Z.R. and Ran, Y. P. (Foreign Language
Teaching & Research Press, 2001). Meanwhile, many degree theses were written
in various programs over the past 5 years. It is a good idea to netscape the
